Classic Lemonade

Not too sour, not too sweet; A perfect delicious summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice About 6 lemons. Bottled lemon juice will work here, but fresh squeezed tastes better.
  • 1 Cup Pure Cane Sugar
  • 6 Cups Water

Instructions

  • In a two quart pitcher, add lemon juice, sugar, and water. 
  • Stir until all sugar dissolves. You'll know the sugar is completely dissolved when you don't hear any grittiness stirring around at the bottom of the pitcher. 
  • Store in fridge.
  • Serve in individual glasses with ice; garnish with lemon slices, lime slices, mint sprigs, or even orange slices!

Notes

  • For a nice tasty twist, use half lemon juice and half lime juice (1/2 cup of each).
