Introduction
After a long day, nothing sounded better than a cold treat, so we headed over to Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt for some sweet relief. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t as enjoyable as I’d hoped.
Detailed Review
The place was clean, and the ice cream was as tasty and fresh as ever, but the service left much to be desired. It was a chilly 20-degree day, and all the kids wanted ice cream. However, when I asked for tops to cover the containers (I mean, who doesn’t need a top when it’s that cold?), the clerk seemed put off and asked why I needed them. I found it frustrating that I had to explain this simple request. When I asked for an extra bag to carry seven bowls of ice cream to different places, the clerk refused. Carrying all those bowls in such cold weather with several kids in tow was no fun. It was disappointing to feel like customer service wasn’t a priority.
