Introduction 

To celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary, The Mr. and I booked an all-day movie marathon at Emagine, catching three movies back to back.

Detailed Review 

The atmosphere at Emagine was quieter than usual, which was perfect for our relaxed day out. We kicked things off with Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, followed by Longlegs, a creepy thriller featuring Nicolas Cage and Blair Underwood, and wrapped up with the Studio Ghibli classic, Princess Mononoke.

We enjoyed our first two movies from the comfort of the couples cuddle chairs, which were spacious and comfy, with large footrests and dual cupholders. For the last movie, we opted for individual recliners with seat warmers—an unexpected treat!

The snacks were equally satisfying. We ordered a large gluten-free olive oil popcorn and a large lime Coke to share, which lasted us through most of the day. The popcorn could have been fresher, but it still hit the spot. The slushies we got for the last movie were generously sized and delicious.
